Why Bonney Lake

Built here. By a surgeon who lives here.

For decades, patients on the Plateau needing oral surgery drove to Tacoma, Federal Way, or Seattle, often through significant traffic, and often for procedures that require multiple visits over months. Elite exists because that shouldn’t be necessary.

01
Local

The Plateau’s first resident oral surgeon

Elite is the first single-doctor independent OMS practice based in Bonney Lake, bringing the full surgical scope to the Plateau for the first time. For most Bonney Lake neighborhoods, the practice is a shorter drive than the grocery store you already shop at.

02
Pricing

Published, all-inclusive pricing

One flat price per arch, surgery, IV sedation, same-day provisional, and the final zirconia bridge included, posted publicly. Most full-arch programs in the Puget Sound region range from $25,000 to $45,000 per arch.

03
Continuity

The same surgeon at every visit

Dr. Volland lives on the Plateau and personally performs your consultation, surgery, try-in, delivery, and every follow-up. A single-doctor practice can deliver a continuity of care that larger urban centers cannot.

04
Scope

The full scope, including remote anchorage

Wisdom teeth, extractions, grafting, and sedation, plus zygomatic implants for severe bone loss that most regional practices refer out. Complex cases general dentists send away, handled here.

Flagship, Full-Arch Implants

A complete set of teeth, planned around your anatomy.

Full-arch reconstruction replaces a full row of failing or missing teeth with a fixed, implant-supported bridge. Every implant is mapped from 3D imaging before the day of surgery.

All-on-4 Dental Implants
Most-studied protocol

Four implants per arch supporting a fixed, non-removable bridge, the most-studied full-arch protocol, with 25+ years of outcome data and 95%+ implant survival at 10 years. For Bonney Lake residents, the entire multi-visit workflow happens within a 5–10 minute drive of home, appointments fit into a normal day rather than a half-day round trip.

All-on-6 Dental Implants
Same $15,000 price

Six implants per arch instead of four, chosen when biomechanics call for extra support, strong bite forces, a history of grinding, or specific anatomy. At Elite it’s priced identically to All-on-4, so the recommendation is purely clinical. Area practices typically add a $4,000–$8,000 “premium upgrade” markup that simply doesn’t exist here.

Zygomatic Implants
For severe bone loss

Longer implants anchored in the cheekbone rather than the resorbed upper jaw, for patients told elsewhere that they “aren’t candidates” without months of grafting. It eliminates the 6–9 month sinus-lift and grafting timeline, and it’s a protocol most regional OMS practices refer out. Now five minutes from home.

Full Mouth Dental Implants
Same procedure, broader term

The umbrella term most people search first. Clinically it’s the same work as All-on-4, All-on-X, and full-arch implants, the consultation converges on the same protocol from your CBCT scan, whichever term brought you in, and it’s the same $15,000 per arch regardless of the vocabulary.

Surgical Extractions
Beyond a GP's scope

Broken teeth at the gumline, fractured or ankylosed roots, teeth close to the nerve, and anxious patients who need sedation, the cases general dentists refer out. For Bonney Lake-area dentists who’ve historically referred to Tacoma, Puyallup, or Auburn, Elite is now the local referral resource.

Learn more
Bone Grafting & Sinus Lift
Foundation procedures

The foundation procedures that make implants possible after bone loss. Socket preservation right after an extraction protects bone volume for a future implant; a sinus lift rebuilds height in the upper-back jaw where the sinus has expanded. Both are commonly done as part of a broader plan, with pricing and timelines given to you in writing.

TMJ Evaluation
When conservative care fails

Evaluation and, where warranted, surgical management of temporomandibular joint disorders, including jaw pain, clicking, locking, and limited opening, when conservative therapy such as splints and physical therapy has not resolved symptoms. A clear diagnosis first, then the least-invasive option that fits your case.

The Full-Arch Journey

Bonney Lake Patient Questions

Questions patients actually ask.

The practical questions Bonney Lake residents ask before scheduling a first consultation.

Is Elite Oral Surgery accepting new patients in Bonney Lake?

Yes. Elite Oral Surgery opens in April 2027 at 9907 205th Ave E in Bonney Lake, WA, and is accepting consultation requests now from patients across the Plateau and the surrounding South Sound. Founders pricing is available to the first 40 surgical patients, based on consultation date.

Do I need a referral from my general dentist?

For full-arch implant consultations, no referral is needed and the consultation is complimentary. For wisdom teeth, single implants, extractions, IV sedation cases, and TMJ evaluations, a referral from your general dentist is requested. If you do not have a Bonney Lake-area dentist, our office can recommend one.

What insurance do you accept?

We work with most major dental carriers and verify your benefits in writing before treatment begins. For full-arch cases, dental insurance typically covers only a small portion of the total. Most patients combine HSA or FSA funds, financing through one of five partners, and any insurance reimbursement. We provide all documentation needed to submit your claims.

How far in advance do I need to schedule?

Consultations are typically available within 1–2 weeks. For surgical procedures, especially full-arch cases, planning includes 3D imaging, treatment planning, and financing approval before a surgical date is set. Most patients move from consultation to surgery in 3–6 weeks.

Do you handle dental emergencies?

For established patients, we accommodate emergencies during business hours. After hours, call the main line and follow the prompts. For severe facial trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, or signs of serious infection such as high fever or difficulty breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest emergency room. Those situations require hospital-grade resources.

How much do dental implants cost in Bonney Lake?

The practice is at 9907 205th Ave E in Bonney Lake, directly on the WA-410 corridor. Drive times are roughly 10 minutes from Sumner and Lake Tapps, 15 to 20 minutes from Buckley and Enumclaw, and about 25 minutes from Auburn, Federal Way, Puyallup, and Orting. Free on-site parking is available.

Can I drive myself home after oral surgery?

Not if you receive IV sedation. You will need a sober adult driver to bring you home, regardless of how short the drive is. This applies even to patients who live a few minutes away in Bonney Lake. For procedures done with local anesthetic only, most patients can drive themselves.
