- Our website host: security and delivery of the site.

Your choices
You can change your mind at any time. Options, in order of ease:
- Use the cookie banner when you first arrive, or reopen preferences from the link in the footer.
- Set your browser to block or delete cookies. Every major browser has this in its privacy settings.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control or a Do Not Track signal in your browser. We honour Global Privacy Control as an opt-out of analytics and advertising cookies.

Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not change anything about how this site works for you, and it has no effect on your care.

Consent and legal basis

Nothing you read here tells you what you need. Only an examination and a CBCT scan can do that, and Dr. Volland will tell you at the consultation if the answer is something other than implants.
No doctor-patient relationship
Reading this site, submitting a form, or joining the opening list does not make you a patient of this practice. A doctor-patient relationship begins when you are seen for a consultation and it is documented in your record.
If you are having a medical emergency, including uncontrolled bleeding, difficulty breathing, or a facial infection with fever or swelling, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use this website.
Individual results vary
Surgical outcomes depend on bone volume, bite forces, healing, medical history, medication, smoking, and hygiene. Case photographs and patient statements on this site describe individual experiences and are not a promise of a similar result.
Where we give a timeline, such as fixed teeth on the day of surgery or a definitive bridge at four to six months, that describes the typical course of a standard case. Your plan may differ, and if it does you will be told before treatment begins.
Pricing information
The fees shown on this site, including the all-inclusive full-arch figure, describe what a standard case covers as of the date at the top of this page. They are not a quotation and not an offer to contract.
- Your fee is stated in a written treatment plan given to you at the consultation.
- Additional procedures such as bone grafting, sinus lift, or zygomatic anchorage are quoted separately when your anatomy requires them.
- Financing terms and approval come from third-party lenders, not from us, and we do not control their decisions or rates.
- Insurance coverage is determined by your plan. We will submit claims and tell you what to realistically expect, but we cannot guarantee coverage.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about the practice and to contact us. You may not:
- Submit false information, or someone else’s personal information without their permission.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorised to access.

Please do not send clinical records, imaging, or detailed medical history through the website form or ordinary email, because neither is a secure channel. Ask the office for a secure link. We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day, but the form is not monitored continuously and is never a substitute for calling.
