One price. Everything included.
$15,000 per arch, all-inclusive. Surgery, IV sedation, the same-day provisional, and the final zirconia bridge. Independent oral surgery practices in Washington typically charge $25,000 to $45,000 and upcharge for zirconia. We don't.
Includes surgical placement, in-house IV sedation, the same-day provisional, the 8-week prototype, and the final zirconia bridge with titanium bar.
How Elite compares on full-arch pricing.
Pricing drawn from competitor public marketing, RealSelf patient reports, and published Washington State industry ranges. Updated April 2026.
What’s actually included at $15,000.
Most full-arch programs bill the surgery, the sedation, the temporary teeth, and the final zirconia separately, itemized fees that climb past $25,000. Here it is one number, and everything below is inside it.
Priced separately, only when clinically required

What patients ask before they call.
Yes. The final zirconia bridge with titanium bar is part of the $15,000, no upcharge over acrylic. That’s unusual: most programs add $3,000 to $8,000 for zirconia as a "premium" upgrade. Our position is that zirconia is the appropriate long-term material for full-arch reconstruction. It should be the standard of care, not an upcharge.
Most patients do not need significant grafting beyond what is already included. The All-on-4 protocol is designed to make use of existing bone whenever possible. If additional grafting is needed, we will explain it during your consultation and provide the cost in writing before treatment begins. Grafting beyond socket preservation typically ranges from $1,500 to $5,000, while sinus lifts typically range from $2,500 to $4,500.
ClearChoice's published full-arch pricing runs $20,000 to $35,000 per arch, with zirconia as an upcharge on top. Elite's $15,000 all-inclusive price, zirconia included, is structurally lower. The reason is simple: ClearChoice is a national chain with corporate overhead and shareholder obligations. Elite is a single-doctor, independently owned practice. The savings flow to the patient.
The affordable chains often advertise prices similar to or slightly below Elite's. The difference is who performs your surgery. Those practices are typically run by general dentists with continuing-education implant training rather than board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Dr. Volland is a board-certified OMS, and implant placement is core to that specialty training. That training matters most when a case calls for complex surgical judgment: significant bone deficiency, sinus complications, medically complex patients, or true zygomatic candidacy.
Most WA oral-surgery practices are part of multi-location groups with heavy overhead, are priced at a premium because their patients arrive already turned away from cheaper options, or run broad-scope practices where full-arch is one of many procedures. Elite is purpose-built around full-arch therapy with a focused surgical workflow that controls cost, and the savings pass to the patient. We're not the cheap option. We're the correctly-priced one.
Dental insurance usually covers only a small portion, often tied to extractions or the prosthesis, and most plans cap implant benefits at $1,000 to $3,000 lifetime. Medical insurance occasionally covers part of the cost when full-arch treatment follows trauma, cancer treatment, or certain congenital conditions. We help you understand exactly what your plan does and doesn't cover before treatment begins. For most patients the practical path is one of our financing partners rather than insurance.
Founder Pricing is a limited opening-period rate for patients who reference it at consultation, available through specific marketing channels for the first 40 surgical patients of the Bonney Lake practice. Standard published pricing is $15,000 per arch all-inclusive; Founder Pricing offers a lower rate during the opening period. Terms are confirmed at consultation.
