By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
This website is operated by Elite Oral Surgery & Dental Implants, PLLC, 9907 205th Ave E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391. In these terms, “we” and “the practice” mean that entity, and “you” means the person using the site.
This site is not medical advice
Everything on this website, from procedure descriptions and timelines to implant counts, diagrams, and cost figures, is general information about oral and maxillofacial surgery. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not advice about your particular case.
Nothing you read here tells you what you need. Only an examination and a CBCT scan can do that, and Dr. Volland will tell you at the consultation if the answer is something other than implants.
No doctor-patient relationship
Reading this site, submitting a form, or joining the opening list does not make you a patient of this practice. A doctor-patient relationship begins when you are seen for a consultation and it is documented in your record.
If you are having a medical emergency, including uncontrolled bleeding, difficulty breathing, or a facial infection with fever or swelling, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use this website.
Individual results vary
Surgical outcomes depend on bone volume, bite forces, healing, medical history, medication, smoking, and hygiene. Case photographs and patient statements on this site describe individual experiences and are not a promise of a similar result.
Where we give a timeline, such as fixed teeth on the day of surgery or a definitive bridge at four to six months, that describes the typical course of a standard case. Your plan may differ, and if it does you will be told before treatment begins.
Pricing information
The fees shown on this site, including the all-inclusive full-arch figure, describe what a standard case covers as of the date at the top of this page. They are not a quotation and not an offer to contract.
- Your fee is stated in a written treatment plan given to you at the consultation.
- Additional procedures such as bone grafting, sinus lift, or zygomatic anchorage are quoted separately when your anatomy requires them.
- Financing terms and approval come from third-party lenders, not from us, and we do not control their decisions or rates.
- Insurance coverage is determined by your plan. We will submit claims and tell you what to realistically expect, but we cannot guarantee coverage.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about the practice and to contact us. You may not:
- Submit false information, or someone else’s personal information without their permission.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorised to access.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or contact details, or use automated tools to submit forms.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the site, or introduce malicious code.
- Use the site or its content to advertise or promote another business.
Forms and messages
Please do not send clinical records, imaging, or detailed medical history through the website form or ordinary email, because neither is a secure channel. Ask the office for a secure link. We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day, but the form is not monitored continuously and is never a substitute for calling.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, photographs, diagrams, page design, and the Elite Oral Surgery name and marks, is owned by the practice or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read it, print a copy for your own reference, and share a link to it. You may not republish, sell, or adapt it, or use our name or marks, without written permission.
Referring dentists may share links to any page on this site with patients freely.
Third-party links
We link to other sites, among them lenders, professional bodies, and maps, for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Pierce County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material we will note it on the site rather than rely on the date alone.
