Our commitment
Many of our patients are older adults, and some arrive in discomfort. A site that is hard to read or hard to operate is a barrier to care, so we treat accessibility as part of the practice rather than a compliance exercise.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we have done
- Body text set at sixteen pixels or larger, with line spacing sufficient for extended reading, and no text rendered as an image.
- Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA for all text and interface elements, including text over photographs.
- Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring.
- Descriptive alternative text on images, and diagrams marked so screen readers skip decoration rather than announce it.
- Form fields with real labels rather than placeholder text alone, and errors described in words.
- Motion reduced automatically when your device requests it, including all scroll and fade animations.
- Layouts that reflow to a single column without horizontal scrolling, and remain usable at 200% zoom.
If you use a screen reader, magnification, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation, this site is built to work with them. If it does not, that is a defect and we want to hear about it.
Known limitations
We would rather name these than imply the site is perfect.
- Embedded maps are provided by a third party and their keyboard behaviour is outside our control. The practice address is always given as text nearby.
- Some documents offered for download are produced by outside providers, including lenders. Where one is not fully accessible we will provide the content in another format on request.
- Case photographs are described in text, but a description cannot fully convey a clinical image.
Accessibility in the office
The Bonney Lake office is a single-storey building with step-free access from the parking area, accessible parking near the entrance, doorways and treatment rooms sized for wheelchair access, and an accessible restroom.
Support during your visit
- Interpreters, including American Sign Language, arranged at no cost to you with advance notice.
- Written treatment plans available in large print.
- A companion is welcome in the consultation and in the recovery area.
- Tell us what would make the visit easier and we will arrange it where we can.

Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using if any. We aim to respond within two business days and to fix confirmed defects promptly.
If you cannot complete a form on this site for any reason, call the office and we will complete it with you over the phone. No one should have to fight a website to reach a surgeon.

Individual results vary
Surgical outcomes depend on bone volume, bite forces, healing, medical history, medication, smoking, and hygiene. Case photographs and patient statements on this site describe individual experiences and are not a promise of a similar result.
Where we give a timeline, such as fixed teeth on the day of surgery or a definitive bridge at four to six months, that describes the typical course of a standard case. Your plan may differ, and if it does you will be told before treatment begins.
Pricing information
The fees shown on this site, including the all-inclusive full-arch figure, describe what a standard case covers as of the date at the top of this page. They are not a quotation and not an offer to contract.
- Your fee is stated in a written treatment plan given to you at the consultation.
- Additional procedures such as bone grafting, sinus lift, or zygomatic anchorage are quoted separately when your anatomy requires them.
- Financing terms and approval come from third-party lenders, not from us, and we do not control their decisions or rates.
- Insurance coverage is determined by your plan. We will submit claims and tell you what to realistically expect, but we cannot guarantee coverage.
