Six implants per arch when biomechanics warrant it: strong bite forces, bruxism, or a larger jaw structure. Priced identically to All-on-4 here. When six implants cost the same as four, the recommendation reflects your anatomy rather than a tier you were guided toward.
For severe upper-jaw bone loss, longer implants anchored in the zygomatic bone bypass the resorbed maxilla and eliminate the 6 to 9 month grafting sequence. Patients told on the Eastside that they need extensive grafting first, or that fixed teeth are not realistic for them, are frequently candidates under a remote anchorage protocol.
The umbrella term most patients research first. It overlaps completely with All-on-4, All-on-X, and full-arch implants, and the clinical evaluation, the recommendation, and the price are the same regardless of terminology.
"Permanent teeth in 24 hours" is misleading in an important way: patients do leave with teeth, but osseointegration takes 4 to 6 months regardless of what is delivered on day one, so a day-one bridge is a transitional restoration. The honest workflow here is a same-day PMMA provisional, refinement at week 8, and the final zirconia at week 10 to 12.
